Your responsibilities
  • Support customers via phone, email, and social media

  • Provide accurate answers and solutions to customer concerns

  • Deliver calm and effective troubleshooting for service-related queries

  • Act as a mentor to consumers across different fields and projects

  • Coordinate with other departments by redirecting specific cases when necessary

Your profile
  • Native-level French speaker with at least B2 level English

  • Strong communication and listening skills

  • Motivated, energetic, and proactive in a fast-paced environment

  • Open to intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle

  • Already in Lisbon or willing to relocate for an international career opportunity

Conditions and benefits
  • Contract: Renewable fixed-term contract

  • Working hours: Full-time (40h/week, 8h/day), rotating shifts (Mon–Sun, 7 AM – 9 PM)

  • Salary:

    • 1,040 € gross/month with free accommodation (shared flat, bills included)

    • 1,240 € gross/month without accommodation

  • Training: Intensive onboarding program (4 weeks, paid at 50% of base salary, minus taxes)

  • Relocation package:

    • Reimbursement of flight expenses after 9 months

    • Airport pick-up upon arrival

    • Annual round-trip flight to home country (EU)

    • Support with paperwork and bank account setup

  • Additional perks:

    • Private health insurance after 6 months (in addition to standard insurance)

    • Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events

    • 22 days of paid vacation + Portuguese public holidays
