Foundever in Porto, Portugal is seeking a French Customer Advisor to join our on-site team. You will engage with customers in French and English, delivering high-quality support and building positive relationships.

As a native or fluent French speaker with strong English, you will resolve inquiries, handle written and phone communications, and contribute to a respectful, professional service culture that aligns with our quality and productivity targets.

Qualificações

• Native or proficient level of French (C2).
• Advanced level of English (C1).
• Strong communication skills – excellent phone and written communication.
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
• Willing to relocate to Porto, Portugal (on site).

Responsabilidades

• Provide first contact resolutions to customer queries.
• Offer specialized customer support through written and phone communication.
