Your mission:

As a Beauty Customer Service Analyst, you will act as the voice of premium beauty brands, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the brands sophistication and commitment to excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personalized support to customers across phone, email, and chat channels
  • Guiding clients through product selections, orders, returns, and service-related inquiries
  • Managing sensitive or complex cases with discretion and professionalism
  • Upholding high standards of service quality and brand integrity
  • Collaborating with internal teams to continuously improve the client experience

What to expect:

  • Fluency in French (C2 level) written and spoken
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • A refined sense of client service and problem-solving acumen
  • Ability to remain composed, attentive, and empathetic in all interactions
  • Previous experience in customer care, retail, or the beauty/luxury sector is an asset
