This remote role requires fluency in German and English, with Portuguese being a plus. The job

The job is simple: as we are growing our candidate database and increasing clients' demand, we need support in finding, qualifying, and conducting full-cycle tech and non-tech recruitment for specific jobs. This is a remote, freelance role with an autonomous schedule. Compensation is success-based, paid by closed jobs (approx. 600 to 2,000 euro per placed candidate) plus a small fixed fee per closed job.

The job is for you if...

• You have previous experience as a Freelancer Recruiter and speak fluent German and English; Portuguese is a plus
• You speak fluent German and English; Portuguese is a plus
• You have a growth mindset and will contribute to building ambi.careers from the beginning, so new opportunities could appear in the mid-term
• You are comfortable working as a freelance contractor with no fixed salary, no benefits, and no full-time employment at the moment; you take the risk and we all get paid based on placements
• You have some extra time to invest beyond 15 minutes a day

The job IS NOT for you if...

• You hate speaking with candidates and clients
• You don’t like freelancing or getting success-based commissions
• You are arrogant and don’t know what empathy is

Again, English is a must, and another fluent language would be awesome. It’s important to have previous experience in sourcing and interviewing candidates, but if you don’t have it and you learn fast, you could still apply.
