Freelance Biometric Passport Agent We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Freelance Biometric Passport Agent to join our team in Almada. As a Freelance Biometric Passport Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with the application process for biometric passports. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with the application process for biometric passports, ensuring all necessary documents are completed accurately and on time

Schedule appointments and coordinate with government agencies for passport processing

Verify client information and documents to ensure compliance with biometric passport requirements

Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from clients regarding their passport applications

Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and passport applications

Stay updated on any changes or updates to biometric passport regulations and procedures

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent education required;
additional relevant education or experience preferred

Excellent communication skills and fluency in both written and spoken English

Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately complete forms and verify information

Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred

Familiarity with biometric passport regulations is a plus

Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively
