Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of biometric passport systems and technology.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

As a Biometric Passport Computer Support Specialist in our Almada office you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for all biometric passport systems Your main duties will include installing configuring and upgrading hardware and software as well as providing training and support to end users Additionally you will be responsible for monitoring system performance and ensuring data security

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in technical support or a related field
• Extensive knowledge of biometric passport systems and technology
• Familiarity with hardware and software installation and troubleshooting
• Strong communication skills particularly in providing technical support to non-technical users
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
