Feedzai seeks a Product Manager to join our Fraud & Identity solutions team. You will work across Engineering, Data Science, Business and Design to translate customer needs into product outcomes and help drive the roadmap for Account Opening risk management.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years as a product manager in fraud/identity, strong analytics, and excellent communication. English fluency is required; Spanish and/or Portuguese are a plus.

• Coordinate and support sprint and multi-sprint activities with the engineering team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success to align the roadmap with strategy.
• Work with risk and data science teams to evolve risk models and rules.
• Sponsor and gather feedback from customers to evolve Account Opening solution.
• Collaborate with UX/UI to refine user experience and interface.

About the Role:

As a highly motivated and enthusiastic Product Manager at Feedzai you will play a crucial role in the development of our Account Opening risk management solutions. You’ll be working across Engineering, Data Science, Business and Design, understanding both the technical and business side of Feedzai’s Fraud & Identity based product solutions and practically driving forward the Feedzai roadmap

We are looking for aProduct Manager with strong customer focus and passion for building great products to join us in this exciting journey to support existing Product Managers on the ongoing expansion of our Fraud solutions.

Your Day to Day:

• Work alongside Product Managers in identifying future roadmap scope for Fraud Prevention Solutions
• Deeply understand product usage and CSAT data to identify areas of improvement across the Fraud solutions
• Maintain a passion for identifying new technologies that can be embedded into the Fraud solutions, for example how agentic AI can drive the future of fraud prevention
• Be responsible for gathering customer feedback through a documented and tracked artefacts, promoting resolution through the Product roadmap and providing evidence to demonstrate that key customer requests are progressing into Account Opening roadmap releases
• Help coordinate and support the development of sprint / multi-sprint activities across the engineering development team, ensuring all contributors are clear on the scope of feature delivery, and the role that feature plays within our wider Solution ecosystem
• Partner with cross-functional teams and key internal and external stakeholders to define, prioritize and align the product roadmap to the Product strategy and vision (Research, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, etc)
• Work with internal and external customer risk and data science teams to understand and evaluate use-cases, and assess how risk models, rules and strategies can evolve to help satisfy emerging business requirements
• Work directly with customers & prospects to sponsor, integrate and gather feedback on the value of the Account Opening solution and how it can be evolved further to target real-world challenges
• Work with UX/UI Designers to iterate on the definition of the user experience and UI
• Utilize product analytics to develop a deep understanding of user behavior and identify opportunities for rapid experimentation and product enhancements.

You Have & You Know-how:

• 3+ years of experience as Product Manager for a fraud/identity product or platform
• Familiarity with modern software development practices
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver roadmap
• Strong analytical skills and ability to provide guidance, direction and set measurable goals
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written, for both business and technical audiences
• Comfortable presenting to technical and non-technical customers
• Fluency in English language, written and spoken
• Additional language fluency; Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred
• Experience with Fraud product development is preferred, however candidates with experience in wider financial crime detection and/or digital payments area will be considered
• Experience in FinTech is valued.
