Feedzai seeks a Product Manager to join our Fraud & Identity solutions team. You will work across Engineering, Data Science, Business and Design to translate customer needs into product outcomes and help drive the roadmap for Account Opening risk management.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years as a product manager in fraud/identity, strong analytics, and excellent communication. English fluency is required; Spanish and/or Portuguese are a plus.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience as Product Manager for a fraud/identity product or platform.
• Familiarity with modern software development practices.
• Experience with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver roadmap.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to set measurable goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication for business and technical audiences.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills are a plus.
• Experience with Fraud product development is preferred; fintech experience valued.

Responsabilidades

• Identify future roadmap scope for Fraud Prevention Solutions.
• Analyze product usage and CSAT data to identify improvement areas.
• Explore embedding new technologies (e.g., agentic AI) into fraud solutions.
• Capture customer feedback with artefacts and track progress on the roadmap.
• Coordinate and support sprint and multi-sprint activities with the engineering team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success to align the roadmap with strategy.
• Work with risk and data science teams to evolve risk models and rules.
• Sponsor and gather feedback from customers to evolve Account Opening solution.
• Collaborate with UX/UI to refine user experience and interface.
