Evoleo is seeking a Digital Design / FPGA Engineer with an Electrical or Electronics background to join the technical team in Maia, Portugal. The role focuses on designing and validating digital blocks in FPGA, integrating with hardware, and collaborating with hardware, software, and systems teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications or similar.
• Knowledge of digital design, FPGA and VHDL.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and test digital blocks in FPGA.
• Develop, simulate and validate VHDL code.
• Support the definition and evolution of digital architectures.
• Integrate digital modules with electronic hardware.
• Perform functional testing, validation and debugging.
• Work closely with hardware, software and systems teams.
• Contribute to improving our engineering methods and practices.
