Job summary

Samlino Group in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks a Founder's Associate to drive high-impact projects across our three markets. You will own initiatives from conception to delivery, partnering with cross-functional teams and our founder to shape rapid growth.

The role is on-site in Lisbon, with regular travel across markets, and offers steep learning curves, international exposure, and a chance to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced startup environment.

Your Responsibilities

You will own your own projects and be responsible for driving results across various projects and initiatives. Responsibilities in this job will evolve and be defined and redefined throughout your time with us. The aim is to take ownership of and drive the development of progressively larger opportunities. Success requires the following:

• Setting ambitious yet achievable goals, developing strategic plans to reach them, and executing with urgency and intensity to deliver measurable outcomes
• Take ownership of assigned projects or tasks from inception to completion, including defining clear objectives, plans, and deliverables

Start Date and Location

The role will be full time, onsite in Lisbon, Portugal.

It will cover all three markets, so regular travel will be part of what we have in mind for you! It will also include extended stays working hands-on with the teams in the different locations.
