Your responsibilities
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and social media.

  • Answer inquiries about products, orders, payment methods, or shipping.

  • Troubleshoot issues with professionalism and empathy.

  • Handle calls from prospects and clients, ensuring excellent service.

  • Collaborate with other departments and redirect cases when necessary.

Your profile
  • Native-level French and good English skills (B2+).

  • Passion for fashion, sneakers, and trends.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.

  • Living in Lisbon or willing to relocate for an international career experience.

  • Valid Portuguese work permit (required).

What’s in it for you?
  • Contract: Yearly, renewable.

  • Working hours: Full-time, 40h/week (8h/day), Monday–Sunday, 8 am to 8 pm.

  • Salary conditions (2 options):

    • With free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €1,040 gross/month

    • Without accommodation: €1,290 gross/month

Relocation package for international candidates:
  • Reimbursement of initial flight expenses.

  • Airport pick-up upon arrival.

  • Annual two-way flight ticket to your home country (within the EU).

  • Support with paperwork, bank account setup, etc.
