The role involves providing support via phone, email, and social media, answering inquiries about products, and troubleshooting issues. Provide customer support via phone, email, and social media.
Answer inquiries about products, orders, payment methods, or shipping.
Troubleshoot issues with professionalism and empathy.
Handle calls from prospects and clients, ensuring excellent service.
Collaborate with other departments and redirect cases when necessary.
Native-level French and good English skills (B2+).
Passion for fashion, sneakers, and trends.
Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
Living in Lisbon or willing to relocate for an international career experience.
Valid Portuguese work permit (required).
Contract: Yearly, renewable.
Working hours: Full-time, 40h/week (8h/day), Monday–Sunday, 8 am to 8 pm.
Salary conditions (2 options):
With free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €1,040 gross/month
Without accommodation: €1,290 gross/month
Reimbursement of initial flight expenses.
Airport pick-up upon arrival.
Annual two-way flight ticket to your home country (within the EU).
Support with paperwork, bank account setup, etc.
