Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain complex mobile systems using Flutter, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient.
• Provide guidance and support to junior developers, helping them grow and improve their skills while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Develop and enforce coding standards for security, scalability, and maintainability, conducting thorough code reviews.
• Explore and recommend new technologies to enhance development processes and system capabilities.
• Independently solve complex technical challenges and deliver effective solutions.
• Document software design, architecture, and system components clearly.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery, within budget, and meeting quality standards.

Requirements:

• Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Senior Mobile Developer with at least 3 years in Flutter.
• Advanced knowledge of GetX.
• Expertise in unit and integration testing.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes.
• Solid understanding of native Android and iOS platforms.
• Experience with native integration channels.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, scalability, and security.
• Strong skills in code reviews and ensuring design consistency.
• Experience with mobile development tools and eagerness to explore new technologies.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Passion for supply chain and logistics is a plus.
• Availability to visit the office once or twice a month in Lisbon.
