FH Collective Academy in Lisbon is seeking a Flemish-speaking Team Leader to supervise a busy customer service team on-site. You will lead daily operations, mentor agents, and ensure high service standards while coordinating with stakeholders.

The role requires fluent Flemish and English with a strong leadership mindset, and a rotational shift schedule from Monday to Saturday. Candidates must reside in Lisbon and be available for on-site work; relocation is not offered.

Qualificações

• Fluent or native Flemish
• Fluent or native English
• Previous experience in a Team Leader or leadership role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Currently located in Lisbon, Portugal
• Availability to work on-site
• Flexibility for rotational shifts, Monday-Saturday
