Indie Campers in Lisbon is seeking a Fleet Management Intern to support regional fleet operations and depot coordination. You will assist in vehicle management, inventory, logistics, and improving fleet availability, reporting to the Regional Fleet Lead.

Ideal candidates are students or recent graduates in transport/engineering fields, fluent in English, eager to learn, and structured. This internship offers hands-on experience, exposure to cross-functional teams, and opportunities for growth

• Proactive and eager to learn, with a hands-on mindset.
• Organized and analytical, with interest in data-driven decision-making.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable following structured procedures.
• Team player, able to collaborate with central and local teams.
• Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Good communication skills for interaction with internal teams and external partners.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Fluency in German, Italian or French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support the execution and improvement of fleet management procedures defined by central teams.
• Assist in maximizing fleet availability through vehicle in-fleeting, intervention follow-up, and de-fleeting processes.
• Help ensure local depots are stocked with required inventory and assist with spare parts purchasing.
• Learn about the vehicles operated by Indie Campers and support local teams with vehicle-related tasks.
• Coordinate vehicle movements with local teams and logistics partners.
• Support development and maintenance of relationships with workshops and fleet partners.
• Monitor vehicle operating costs and support basic data analysis for the region.
• Contribute to regional improvement and expansion projects.
