Job summary

H.B. Fuller, the world’s largest pureplay adhesives company, is seeking a Fixed Assets Specialist to support global fixed asset accounting and reporting across Europe, North America, ANZ, and LATAM. The role ensures accurate asset accounting, strong financial controls, and adherence to US GAAP and IFRS.

You will contribute to process harmonization, automation, and SAP enhancements, maintain asset records, and support audits and capital project accounting in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in fixed asset accounting.
• Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, depreciation methodologies, SOX, and financial controls.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Professional English communication skills and authorization to work in the hiring location.
• Experience in a multinational company or shared services environment.

Position Overview
