You will troubleshoot, guide integrations, and maintain records while collaborating with developers and cross-functional teams.

The role offers hybrid/remote work options and exposure to cutting-edge fintech infrastructure, data feeds, and security/compliance standards.

Qualificações

• Interest in finances, trading, investments.
• Experience liaising with clients globally.
• Strong communication and soft skills.
• Diligence with incoming information (tickets, monitoring, calls, chats).
• Ability to troubleshoot and identify root causes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to B2B clients using dxFeed market-data products.
• Troubleshoot issues in high-load market data systems.
• Offer integration guidance and keep client records updated.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, writers, sales, legal and finance teams.
• Stay updated on FinTech trends and ensure security/compliance.
