Inetum is seeking a senior FinOps leader to own the cloud financial governance across multi-cloud environments. You will define the operating model, standardize cost visibility, and drive optimization programs across IT, applications and business areas.

You will collaborate with CIO/CFO stakeholders, lead workshops, and shape budgets, forecasts, and dashboards to improve cost accountability and value realization.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years in Cloud Governance, FinOps or IT Financial Management
• Experience with Azure, AWS and/or GCP
• Proven budgeting, forecasting and showback/chargeback experience
• Ability to define cost allocation and business dimensions
• Experience analyzing costs and consumption by application/product/service/workload
• Experience with TCO and unit economics for cloud services
• Ability to interact with CIO/CFO and cross-functional teams

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve the FinOps governance framework and operating model
• Lead discovery, assessment and FinOps model design workshops
• Define Business Dimensions, cost allocation models and accountability principles across applications, products, services, workloads and business areas
• Structure KPIs, executive dashboards, budgets, forecasts and showback/chargeback models
• Relate cloud costs to applications, workloads, usage and business value
• Identify and prioritize optimization initiatives including reservations and commitments
• Define and monitor the FinOps roadmap and evolution backlog
• Lead FinOps ceremonies across IT, Finance and business areas
• Translate business and Finance needs into requirements for technical teams
• Interact with CIO and CFO stakeholders across enterprise and multi-cloud environments

Lead the FinOps strategy and operating model, defining the governance, processes and practices that enable visibility, control and financial optimization of cloud consumption across infrastructure, applications, products, services and workloads.

You will promote alignment between IT, Finance, Application teams and business areas, supporting decision-making, cost accountability and the continued development of FinOps maturity.

Main Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the FinOps governance framework and operating model.
• Lead discovery, assessment and FinOps model design workshops.
• Define Business Dimensions, cost allocation models and accountability principles across applications, products, services, workloads and business areas.
• Structure KPIs, executive dashboards, budgets, forecasts and showback/chargeback models.
• Relate cloud infrastructure and service costs to applications, workloads, usage patterns and business value.
• Identify and prioritize optimization initiatives and support decisions on reservations and commitments, considering cost, performance and application criticality.
• Define and monitor the FinOps roadmap and evolution backlog.
• Lead FinOps ceremonies and cadences, ensuring alignment across IT, Finance, Application teams and business areas.
• Translate business and Finance needs into functional requirements for implementation by technical teams.
• At least 5 years of experience in Cloud Governance, FinOps or IT Financial Management.
• Experience with Azure, AWS and/or GCP.
• Demonstrated experience in Budgeting and Forecasting, Showback and Chargeback, and Business Cases and financial/economic analysis.
• Experience in Cost Allocation and defining Business Dimensions.
• Experience analyzing costs and consumption drivers by application, product, service or workload.
• Experience with TCO and unit economics applied to cloud services and workloads.
• Experience conducting FinOps Maturity Assessments and defining maturity roadmaps.
• Experience with reservations, commitments and cloud financial optimization models.
• Ability to interact and communicate with CIO and CFO stakeholders, Cloud and Application teams, Finance and business areas.
• Experience in Enterprise or multicloud environments.
