Airbus Portugal SA is seeking a Financial Operations Support to assure financial accuracy, optimize licensing operations, and streamline reporting. The role supports Cybersecurity PSLs globally, serving as the key link between PMs, PSL leaders, and central financial controlling.

The ideal candidate will drive monthly closings, forecasts, and end-to-end CapEx workflows while modernizing processes and providing hands-on support to the core controlling team.

Qualificações

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration or any related field.
• Strong organizational skills, autonomous and result-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).
• Good knowledge of Google Suite, incl. GSheets/DataStudio.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyse, and consolidate financial inputs from Product Managers (PMs) and Product and Service Line (PSL) leaders.
• Combine operational inputs with financial data to build robust, reliable forecasts.
• Lead the monthly financial closing analysis specifically for the Cyber Security PSLs.
• Provide hands-on support to the central financial controlling team during organizational or perimeter changes.
• Oversee and track licenses planning.
• Proactively identify and fix discrepancies (e.g., alerting teams to missing bookings, rectifying misbookings, and adjusting license roadmaps).
• Execute additional tracking and alignment actions arising from financial board reviews.
• Deliver weekly reports on subcontracting status and goods receipts to ensure operational transparency.
• Own the end-to-end CapEx request workflow, managing submissions, approvals, and rigorous follow-ups.
• Identify bottlenecks and develop new processes to maximize efficiency.
• Help design and implement automated solutions to modernize financial operations.

In your role as ’Financial Operations Support’ you will ensure financial accuracy, optimize licensing operations, and streamline reporting.

We are looking for a Financial Operations Support specialist to be the strategic engine behind our numbers, translating complex operational inputs into financial execution.

This is a high-visibility role supporting our dynamic Cybersecurity Product & Service Lines (PSLs) across a global footprint. You won't just track budgets; you will shape the financial efficiency of a world-class security ecosystem.
