Your responsibilities and impact as Financial Customer Support will be:

  • Providing first-class technical and customer support

  • Assisting customers with their banking-related queries via email or phone

  • Performing additional administrative tasks linked to financial operations

  • Coordinating office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies

  • Creating and updating databases with financial, personnel, and customer information

  • Working daily in a multicultural team environment with colleagues from all over the world

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • Native level of French (mandatory)

  • Good written skills in French with attention to detail

  • A motivated, reliable, and committed attitude

  • Team spirit and willingness to collaborate with colleagues from different nationalities

  • An interest in finance and customer service

  • A background in sales, customer service, or credit recovery is a plus

  • EU Citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit is required

    • €890 gross/month x 14 months
