Air Apps develops an AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner (PRP). Founded in 2018, the self-funded company has reached over 100 million downloads worldwide.

Задачи:

Support month-end closing activities and related reporting; Prepare recurring and ad-hoc financial reports to support decision-making; Perform accounting records and bank transactions, and support tax compliance activities; Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to gather data and align financial insights with business goals; Support the review and reconciliation of expense reports, bank statements, AR balances, and AP balances; Support cash flow monitoring and cost analysis; Contribute to the continuous improvement and automation of financial processes and tools, including ERP and expense management systems; Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data through careful review and reconciliation.

Требования:

Approximately 1 year of experience in finance, financial analysis, accounting, or a related area; Degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem-solving; Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets; Basic understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow); Ability to communicate financial information clearly to financial and non-financial stakeholders; Proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment; Fluent in English, both written and verbal; Nice to have: experience with financial systems or ERPs such as Netsuite, Payhawk, Ramp, or similar tools.
