Responsabilidades

Анализ поведения пользователей, производительности продукта и бизнес-метрик для выявления трендов.
Создание и поддержка интерактивных дашбордов и отчетов (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
Сбор, очистка и структурирование больших наборов данных.
Определение и отслеживание KPI по маркетингу, продукту и бизнес-эффективности.
Использование SQL, Python или R для извлечения, анализа и обработки данных.
Сотрудничество с продакт-менеджерами, инженерами и маркетингом для получения инсайтов.
Проведение A/B тестов и анализ результатов для улучшения функций и вовлеченности пользователей.
Выявление узких мест в пользовательских путях и воронках продаж.
Презентация выводов руководству и стейкхолдерам.
Поддержание актуальности знаний о трендах аналитики и новых инструментах.

Air Apps is a self-funded company developing an AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner (PRP). Founded in 2018, it has reached over 100 million downloads worldwide.

Задачи:

Analyze user behavior, product performance, and business metrics to identify trends and opportunities;
Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Google Data Studio;
Collect, clean, and structure large datasets;
Define and track KPIs for marketing, product, and business performance;
Use SQL, Python, or R to extract, analyze, and manipulate data;
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to provide data-driven insights;
Conduct A/B tests and analyze experiments to improve product features and user engagement;
Identify bottlenecks and opportunities in user journeys and customer funnels;
Present findings clearly to stakeholders and leadership teams;
Stay up to date with industry trends, analytics best practices, and emerging data tools.

Требования:

Around 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field;
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation;
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Google Data Studio;
Strong analytical skills and experience with Python or R for data analysis;
Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis;
Experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar user analytics tools;
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders;
Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data warehouses such as BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake;
Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and manage multiple projects;
Nice to have: Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipeline optimization.
