Air Apps, a Lisbon-based technology company, is seeking a junior finance professional to support month-end closing, reporting, and financial data integrity. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate numbers into actionable insights and help maintain accurate financial records.

The ideal candidate has around 1 year in finance or accounting, a finance-related degree, strong analytical skills, proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, and fluent English.

Qualificações

• Approximately 1 year of experience in finance or accounting.
• Degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Basic understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Fluent English, written and verbal.
• Nice to have: experience with ERP systems such as Netsuite, Payhawk, Ramp.

Responsabilidades

• Support month-end closing activities and related reporting
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc financial reports to support decision-making
• Perform accounting records and bank transactions
• Support tax compliance activities
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to gather data and align financial insights with business goals
• Support the review and reconciliation of expense reports, bank statements, AR balances, and AP balances
• Support cash flow monitoring and cost analysis efforts
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and automation of financial processes and tools, including ERP and expense management systems
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data through careful review and reconciliation activities
