Qualificações

• Approximately 1 year of experience in finance or related area.
• Degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Support month-end closing activities and related reporting.
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc financial reports for decision‑making.
• Perform accounting records and bank transactions, and support tax compliance activities.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to gather data and align financial insights with business goals.
• Support the review and reconciliation of expense reports, bank statements, AR balances, and AP balances.
• Support cash flow monitoring and cost analysis.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and automation of financial processes and tools (ERP and expense management).
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data through review and reconciliation.

• Support month-end closing activities and related reporting
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc financial reports for decision-making
• Perform accounting records and bank transactions, and support tax compliance activities
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to gather data and align financial insights with business goals
• Support the review and reconciliation of expense reports, bank statements, AR balances, and AP balances
• Support cash flow monitoring and cost analysis
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and automation of financial processes and tools, including ERP and expense management systems
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data through review and reconciliation activities.

Требования

• Degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem-solving
• Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets
• Basic understanding of financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to financial and non-financial stakeholders
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Nice to have: experience with financial systems or ERPs such as Netsuite, Payhawk, Ramp, or similar tools.
