Siemens AG is seeking a seasoned finance and ERP transformation professional to drive the Sherpa X transition for WEA companies. You will work across SAP FI/CO and related modules to define processes, manage projects, and collaborate with global teams.

The role emphasizes accounting excellence, cross-functional coordination, and change management in a hybrid work setting with strong learning opportunities and growth paths.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, coordination, monitoring and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge in accounting- and audit-related processes.
• Deep understanding of SAP-enabled business processes across FI/CO modules andProjects.

Responsabilités

• Support analysis of internal or external IT technologies and functional solutions to support automation and digitalization.
• Define framework and ensure Knowledge Management related to WEA transitioning to Sherpa X.
• Knowledge sharing and training.
• Ensure processes are defined, designed and implemented per Sherpa X to-be processes.
