Axians is seeking a Business Analyst (Finance & Risk) to drive the full lifecycle of business requirements across complex IT environments. You will optimize processes, support Agile delivery, and ensure quality through testing and stakeholder collaboration.

You will focus on data ecosystems, APIs, and data virtualization to improve data quality, workflows, and decision-making capabilities. Fluent English and strong BA fundamentals are essential.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT environments.
• Experience in Agile projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Fluent English communication (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder interactions.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Analyse existing processes and design future-state workflows to improve efficiency and support digital transformation.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Define and coordinate testing activities, including IST, Functional Testing, UAT, and defect management.
