AXCO is seeking a Finance Project Manager to join its global Finance Transformation team. You will guide large-scale finance projects from analysis through implementation, interacting with international stakeholders and contributing to financial reporting systems.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, Power BI, and experience in finance processes, IFRS knowledge, and the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions within a dynamic finance environment.

Qualificações

• Master's degree or higher in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience or strong interest in Finance Transformation, Business Analysis, or Project Management.
• Proficiency in English; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support the delivery of Finance transformation and regulatory projects from analysis through implementation.
• Contribute to harmonisation and optimisation of Finance operating models across international teams.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements to translate Finance needs into effective solutions.
• Assess project feasibility, identify impacts, and contribute to solution design.
• Define testing strategies, prepare functional test scenarios, and coordinate testing activities.
• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate accounting entries, financial reports, and system outputs.
• Ensure accounting mappings and finance processes comply with internal standards and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to continuously improve Finance processes and solutions.
• Support projects involving financial systems, accounting integration, and reporting enhancements.

What we're looking for:

• Experience or strong interest in Finance Transformation, Business Analysis, or Project Management.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS, or financial reporting.
• Previous exposure to banking, financial services, consulting, audit, or finance functions is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Power BI, Business Objects, or other reporting and data analysis tools is a plus.
• Comfortable working with international stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
• Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in banking, audit, accounting, consulting, management control, or finance projects is highly valued.
• Experience working in project environments is a plus.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• French is considered an advantage.
