Leadership Business Consulting invites you to join our finance team in Lisbon as an accounting intern. You will organize and record documents, monitor accounts, manage expenses, and support month-end closing activities.

Applicants should have some accounting exposure, strong Excel skills, and be eligible for an IEFP internship. English is valued for collaborating on international projects and improving processes.

Qualificações

• Valued: professional accounting experience.
• Valued: knowledge of Primavera ERP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.
• Fluent English is valued.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactivity, independence and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Organizing, classifying, and recording documents in accordance with current accounting and tax regulations
• Analyzing and monitoring customer and supplier accounts receivable and payable
• Managing and recording personnel expenses
• Preparing bank reconciliations and verifying cash transactions
• Issuing and monitoring invoices and receipts
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial closings
• Providing administrative support for the finance department’s activities
• Participating in projects to improve and optimize financial processes
