Colgate-Palmolive in Lisbon is seeking an enthusiastic accounting professional to manage day-to-day operations under US GAAP and IFRS/SNC. You will oversee local tax compliance, perform financial analysis, and prepare statements for management and statutory use.

The ideal candidate has a solid accounting background, strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, and enjoys working in a multinational environment. This is a hybrid role based in Lisbon, Portugal.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Accounting/Finance/Business).
• Certified accountant is a plus (Ordem Contabilistas Certificados).
• Experience in accounting, preferably in a multinational consumer company.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily accounting operations under US GAAP and IFRS/SNC.
• Handle local tax responsibilities and compliance.
• Perform financial analysis and prepare management/statutory reports.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Responsible for all the Accounting day to day operations under the US GAAP and IFRS/SNC
• Local Tax responsibility
• Financial analysis and reporting
• Financial statements analysis (Management and Statutory)

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Proactive and enthusiastic person, motivated to learn and develop their professional career in a multinational environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/ Management/ Accounting and/or Finance
• Some years of Experience in accounting (should be an accounted certified under the “Ordem Contabilistas Certificados”)
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent analytics and problem solving skills.
• Experience in a multinational consumer products company is appreciated.
