Cesco Solutions Sales, a Tidal Vision Company, seeks a senior field engineer to lead the setup, operation, and optimization of wastewater treatment pilot systems and full-scale testing at client facilities across multiple industries.

You will collaborate with sales and technical teams, collect performance data, and adjust programs to improve outcomes. This role requires travel 50–90% and occasional remote work when not onsite, with strong communication across customers and internal teams.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of technical experience in water and wastewater treatment.
• 5+ years experience with plumbing and electrical, industrial chemicals, general mechanical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work across teams.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize treatment equipment and chemical feed systems.
• Collect and analyze system performance data to improve treatment results.
• Provide technical support during equipment installations, customer trials, and ongoing treatment programs.
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of field activities.
• Follow all company and customer safety procedures while working on-site.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.
• Sell and support industrial water and wastewater treatment programs across a variety of industries.
• Travel regularly to customer locations throughout the assigned territory.
