HiTHIUM is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer for the Portugal market. You will support the field service team, assist site commissioning, and develop after-sales services across major product issues for our BESS solutions.

The ideal candidate holds an electrician certificate, demonstrates strong project management, and communicates fluently in English and Portuguese; Chinese is a plus. PCS or DC system familiarity is welcomed, and overtime may be required.

Qualificações

• Electrician certificate or equivalent required.
• Strong learning ability and execution with project management background.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; Chinese is a plus.
• Experience with PCS or DC systems preferred.
• Good communication with local After Sales team.
• Willingness to work overtime and endure challenging conditions.
• BESS industry background preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support the field service team, handling product issues and upgrades, tracking until closed loop.
• Assist site commissioning work.
• Prepare and release SOP and guidance documents for technical support.
• Conduct After-Sales AC capacity training, supplier communication, data collection, and standard output.
• Lead the development of after-sales service tools.

We are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer for our Portugal market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting the field service team, dealing with product issues and upgrading major product issues, continuously tracking until the closed loop - Manage the extracting product improvement suggestions from product problems and continuously improving product competitiveness
• Assist the field service team to complete the site commissioning work
• Responsible for technical support related SOP and guidance document preparation and release
• Conduct the After-Sales AC ability training, supplier communication, data collection, standard output and other related work in AC capacity building.
• Lead the development of after-sales service tools

Requirements:

• Electrician experience (electric certificate+ required)
• Strong learning ability and execution, project management background
• Business fluent English and Portuguese language skills, Chinese language skills would be considered a big plus
• PCS or DC system experience is preferred,
• Good ability in communicating with the local After Sales team
• Quick response (have overtime awareness and conditions), strong execution, initiative, can bear hardships
• Idealy BESS industry background or respective experience
