Robert Bosch Group is seeking a seasoned professional to support RTA product demonstrations, pilot projects, and customer evaluations. The role involves global travel to assist regional accounts and contribute to trainings while collaborating with the product team on customer requirements.

You will work with engineering and field teams, applying strong presentation and interpersonal skills and leveraging 5+ years of embedded software experience. Opportunities for growth are included.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in embedded software.
• Strong business analytical skills and excellent presentation abilities.
• Experience with AUTOSAR is a strong advantage; knowledge of requirements engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Support demonstrations, pilot projects and evaluations with customers.
• Assist regional organization and customer engagements (will travel).
• Contribute to RTA software product trainings.
• Provide second level of support (via RTA hotline).
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of RTA Starter Kits.
• Engage in events, publish white papers and documentation on common RTA use cases.
• Support the product development team on elicitation of customer requirements.
• Provide consulting to customers.
• Coach and mentor FAE team members.

Job Description

• Support of product demonstrations, execution of pilot projects and evaluations together with customers
• Support the company's regional organization and customer engagements (will require global travel)
• Contribute to RTA software product trainings
• Provide second level of support (first via RTA hotline)
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of RTA Starter Kits
• Participate to events, publishing white papers, documentation and video on most common used cases for RTA products
• Support the product development team on the elicitation of customer requirements
• Provide consulting at customers
• Support, coach and mentor FAE team members

Qualifications

• Must be willing to travel to support the needs business units
• Excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills
• Must have strong presentation and communication skills and feel comfortable in front of customers
• 5 years+ experience in area of embedded software
• Strong business analytical skills
• ExperienceofAUTOSAR would bea very strongadvantage
• Experience in requirements engineering
