Role: We are currently looking for FI Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee SAP/financial project delivery, ensuring alignment between business needs and SAP solution design.
• Oversee SAP solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Track progress against milestones, budget, and scope.
• Manage change requests, ensuring controlled impact on timeline and cost.
• Facilitate cutover planning and system go-live activities.
• Ensure deliverables meet SAP standards, compliance requirements, and organizational policies.
• Monitor testing activities (Unit, Integration, UAT) for completeness and quality.
• Validate data migration and system performance.
• Oversee user training and knowledge transfer.
• Support change management to ensure user adoption of the new SAP system.
• Coordinate post-go-live support and transition to SAP support teams.
• Provide regular project updates to steering committees and executives.
• Maintain documentation of project progress, risks, and lessons learned.

Requirements

• Finance Project Lead
• Scope: CO and PS master data; R2R (Document and Reporting Compliance); TAX; FI-GL; FI-AA and FI-RE; FI-AP; FI-AR; EBS; FI master data (eg: BPs; banks); Intercompany
• Implementation S4 greenfield or/and Retail business knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to:
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and constraints early on.
• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.
• Manage relationships with SAP consultants, developers, and functional teams.
• Facilitate communication across departments and with executive sponsors.
• Ensure alignment between business needs and SAP solution design.
• Oversee SAP solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Track progress against milestones, budget, and scope.
• Manage change requests, ensuring controlled impact on timeline and cost.
