Your Responsibilities and Impact

As a French-speaking Customer Advisor, you will:

• Act as a fashion mentor, guiding customers through their shopping experience

• Provide customer support via phone, email, or social media with clear and professional communication

• Answer inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to products, orders, payments, and shipping

• Handle credit simulation requests and support in completing files

• Assist both prospects and clients with their questions and needs

• Collaborate with other departments and redirect cases when necessary

Skills, Qualifications and Interests

• Native-level French and good command of English

• Enthusiasm for fashion, trends, and lifestyle brands

• Excellent listening and communication skills

• Strong focus on creating a positive customer experience

• Ability to remain calm and professional in problem-solving

• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon for an international career

Contract & Working Hours

• Yearly contract, renewable

• 40h/week (8h/day) with rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday (7 AM – 9 PM)

Salary Package

• With free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1,040€ gross/month

• Without accommodation: 1,240€ gross/month
