You will conduct assessments, develop workouts, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed while prioritizing safety and proper technique.

Qualificações

• Certification in personal training from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a personal trainer with proven results.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate clients.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades
