Allianz Partners in Lisbon is seeking a Finance Operations & Process Improvement Analyst to join our Finance Factory. You will support business continuity across finance teams, drive meaningful process improvements, and work in an international, fast-paced environment.

You will own finance activities during absences, ensure invoicing, reconciliations, reporting, and month-end closing, and collaborate with global teams to design automation and standardization solutions.

Qualificações

• 3-4 years of experience in Finance, Audit, Consulting, or a similar analytical environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Own finance activities during employee absences and critical business periods.
• Ensure the timely execution of essential finance processes such as invoicing, reconciliations, reporting, and month-end closing activities.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy, compliance, and service quality across all assigned responsibilities.
• Analyze existing processes and identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Document workflows and create practical guides to support knowledge transfer and operational consistency.
• Design, test, and implement improvements focused on automation, standardization, and error reduction.
• Build trusted relationships with local and international finance teams.
• Clearly communicate findings, recommendations, and improvement opportunities.

What You Do

As a Finance Squad Specialist, you will work on mission-based assignments across different Finance Factory teams, ensuring operational continuity and delivering lasting value through process optimization initiatives.

Ensure Business Continuity

• Take ownership of key finance activities during employee absences and critical business periods.
• Ensure the timely execution of essential finance processes such as invoicing, reconciliations, reporting, and month-end closing activities.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy, compliance, and service quality across all assigned responsibilities.

Drive Process Improvement

• Analyze existing processes and identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Document workflows and create practical guides to support knowledge transfer and operational consistency.
• Design, test, and implement improvements focused on automation, standardization, and error reduction.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance Finance

Factory performance.

• Build trusted relationships with local and international finance teams.
• Quickly adapt to new environments, stakeholders, and business contexts.
• Clearly communicate findings, recommendations, and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate effective handovers and knowledge transfer to ensure a seamless transition when employees return to their roles.
• Partner with stakeholders to support transformation and operational excellence initiatives.

What You'll Bring

Experience & Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in Finance, Audit, Consulting, or a similar analytical environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Technical Skills

• Experience working with SAP.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Exposure to automation tools and/or Python is considered a strong advantage.
• AI READINESS Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.
