PwC Portugal is seeking a Facility & Security Support to ensure smooth daily operation of our Matosinhos buildings, supporting safety, maintenance and security while coordinating suppliers and internal stakeholders.

The role requires basic SCIE knowledge and experience with fire detection, CCTV and access control systems, plus organizational and hands-on independence. Fluent English is required, and the team is based on-site in Portugal.

Qualificações

• Relevant technical qualification in safety, maintenance, electrical, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of SCIE and emergency procedures.
• Experience with fire detection, CCTV and access control systems is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily building walkthroughs and report incidents.
• Manage access cards and support security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms).
• Coordinate facility services (cleaning, maintenance, handyman) and support relocations and events.

Your mission

As a Facility & Security Support, you will ensure the smooth daily operation of our buildings, supporting safety,maintenance and security activities while coordinating suppliers and internalstakeholders.

Your mainresponsibilities

• Perform daily building walkthroughs and report incidents.
• Manage access cards and support securitysystems (CCTV, access control, alarms).
• Support SCIE activities and emergencyprocedures.
• Coordinate facility services (cleaning,maintenance, handyman).
• Assist with small maintenance tasks,relocations and event support.
• Maintain documentation, incident logs andoperational procedures.

• Hold a relevant technical qualification(safety, maintenance, electrical, etc.) - higher education is notrequired.
• Have basic knowledge of SCIE and emergency procedures.
• Possess general building maintenance and emergency systems knowledge (AutoCAD is a plus).
• Bring experience with fire detection, CCTV and access control systems.
• Are organized, proactive and able to work independently hands-on.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in English.
