A PSA Sines, S.A. procura um profissional para gerir a manutenção diária das instalações, assegurando que a infraestrutura permanece segura, operacional e otimiza o uso de espaço e equipamentos.

O candidato ideal tem experiência em gestão de facilities, formação em Engenharia Civil e fortes competências de liderança e comunicação em inglês/português. A função é presencial e envolve planeamento de projetos com várias áreas internas.

Qualificações

• Requer experiência comprovada em gestão de manutenção de facilities
• Conhecimentos técnicos/operacionais de engenharia

Responsabilidades

• Definir, planear e coordenar a execução de manutenções na infraestrutura civil (terrestre e marítima) com foco na segurança e normas de saúde
• Implementar rotinas e procedimentos de manutenção preventiva, corretiva e preditiva
• Gestão de outsourcing e contratos de serviços

Maximum goal of the role (mission):

The role is responsible to manage all the Facility-related daily maintenance activities.

Responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well-functioning.

Well-organized and able to optimize the use of space and equipment following the new Sustainable practices while reducing operating costs.

Main Responsibilities

• Define, Plan and Coordinate the execution of all the maintenance works required on the "Civil" Infrastructure (Land and Water) meeting the health and safety standards;
• Implementation of routines and procedures for safety, inspection, preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance.
• Outsourcing and Services Contract Management;

Desired profile

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance management or relevant experience;
• Well-versed in technical/engineering operations;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Organizational and leadership skills;
• Good analytical/critical thinking;
• Graduation in facility management, engineering, business administration or relevant field;
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in an expanding company;
• Good knowledge Portuguese/English (Preferable).
• Excellent ability to problem solves along with solid analytical skills, understanding of the business process, and systems optimization;
• Comfortable interacting with all levels of management in multiple areas;
• Customer service and problem solving oriented;
• Proactivity, Integrity, Resilience, Commitment and Responsibility;
• Good interpersonal relationship skills, flexibility, and dynamism;

• Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum experience of 3 years.
