The role requires a strong understanding of materials, construction techniques, safety regulations, and excellent project management to oversee the facade process from design to installation.

Lisbon-based contract position.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in facade design or construction.
• Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and safety regulations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop facade designs that meet both aesthetic and structural requirements.
• Conduct site visits to assess existing facades and provide recommendations for repairs or updates.
• Select appropriate building materials based on budget, climate conditions, and desired aesthetics.
• Create detailed plans and drawings for facade construction.
• Oversee the installation of facades ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget and timelines.
• Provide guidance to junior team members on construction techniques and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends advancements in technology and changes in regulations related to facades.
