Aubay Portugal is seeking a skilled engineer to strengthen our load balancing and security posture in Lisbon. You will manage F5 LTM environments, perform upgrades, and automate operations using Ansible and Terraform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in load balancing with strong F5 LTM expertise.
• Automation experience with Ansible and/or Terraform.
• A network-focused degree or related professional certification.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills; ability to adapt to new environments.
• Fluency in English (B2 or higher) is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Address monthly vulnerabilities and enhance security of F5 load balancer environments.
• Perform planned upgrades and patches for vulnerability remediation and hardening.
• Automate F5 operations using Ansible and/or Terraform, leveraging existing code.
• Assist with load balancing operations and migration of legacy infrastructure to a new virtual environment.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and share knowledge within the team.
