As our F&B Supervisor, you will play a key role in establishing and managing the food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.Some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee day-to-day food and beverage operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Assist in training, supervising, and motivating the F&B team.
  • Maintain high standards of service by inspecting the presentation of food and beverage items and addressing any service issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef, and General Manager on menu planning, costing, and inventory control.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, particularly in alignment with opening protocols.
  • Support with setting up service areas, arranging furniture, and implementing F&B layouts for opening readiness.
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
  • Manage guest feedback and handle any complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
What we need from You
  • Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage within a luxury hotel or similar high-end establishment; pre-opening experience is a plus.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve high standards
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food & beverage operations
  • Flexible night, weekend and holiday shifts
  • Fluent speaking in both English and French
  • French citizenship required. Please note this role is based on the island of Lifou.
