A Bosch Home Comfort Portugal está a recrutar para a equipa International Purchasing Quality, focada no release de amostras iniciais de produtos finais. O projeto envolve criar e atualizar dashboards Power BI e apoiar ferramentas IT.

Procura-se formação académica em Engenharia Industrial ou similar, com conhecimento em Power BI, Power Query, VBA e bom inglês; perfis com espírito analítico e atitude proativa são bem-vindos. Duração de 12 meses, regime híbrido e condições de trabalho atrativas.

Qualificações

• Diploma académico em Engenharia Industrial, Gestão ou área similar.
• Conhecimento de Microsoft Office, PowerBI, Power Query, VBA.
• Excelente inglês falado e escrito.
• Boa capacidade analítica e atitude proativa.

Responsabilidades

• Atualizar dados para relatórios e dashboards Power BI.
• Distribuir relatórios internamente.
• Criar novos dashboards Power BI, melhorar dashboards existentes.
• Apoiar colegas com as nossas ferramentas de IT.
• Arquivar e processar documentos de release nos sistemas de IT.
• Apoiar o desenvolvimento e a descrição de processos, fluxogramas e instruções de trabalho.

Descrição da oferta de emprego

You will be working for the International Purchasing Quality team, focusing on the release of initial samples of our end products. Because of a re-organization and update of our IT-tools, Power-BI dashboards need to be created and updated.

Your Contribution To Something Big:

• Update data for reports and Power-BI dashboards;
• Distribute reports internally;
• Create new Power BI dashboards, enhance and improve existing dashboards;
• Support colleagues with our IT-tools;
• Archive and process release documents in the IT systems;
• Support the development and description of processes, flowcharts and work instructions.

What Distinguishes You:

• Academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or similar area;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerBI, Power Query, VBA and a feel for IT tools in general;
• Excellent spoken and written English skills;
• Good analytical skills and a pro-active attitude.
