Job summary

Airbus Portugal SA in Lisbon seeks an External Rent Controller to join the Controlling team. You will plan and forecast external rents across Europe, maintain a multi-year database, and coordinate with Real Estate and IFRS16 teams to ensure accurate monthly closings and reporting.

You will analyze Actuals vs Planning, deliver consolidated views, and interface with multiple Airbus divisions. Strong analytical skills and ERP familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• Analytical / data management skills.
• Advanced level in Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of accounting and controlling.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to interact with financial and business stakeholders across countries.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• English mandatory; German or French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform and deliver Planning (incl. Forecast) of External Rents (Europe) and maintain a multi-year database with close collaboration with Real Estate contract administration and IFRS16 teams.
• Manage the database with a risk and opportunity approach.
• Perform and deliver Planning and Forecast (Plan to Plan and Year to Year comparisons).
• Prepare monthly closings and reports on External Rents (Europe).
• Ensure monthly closing tasks (alignment with Real Estate teams, accruals booking).
• Analyze and report on Actuals with qualitative comments vs Planning.
• Deliver trans-divisional consolidated view on External Rents (Planning and Reporting).
• Consolidate Real Estate External Rents for the three Divisions.
• Interface with Airbus Defence and Space and Airbus Helicopters controllers.
