Capgemini Engineering is seeking an Export Control Manager to oversee compliance for Portugal and designated ER&D regions. You will deploy policies, manage license requests, and partner with Legal, Quality and Risk teams to ensure multi-country project compliance.

You\'ll lead awareness sessions, advise engagement managers, and monitor projects to ensure adherence to ML, Dual Use, ITAR and EAR rules across lifecycle, while reporting to the Export Control Manager.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years in Export Control.
• Proven expertise in both Portuguese and international regulatory environments.
• Fluency in English (mandatory) and Portuguese (required); proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy export control policy and procedures across ER&D.
• Be the Export Control Manager and point of contact for the assigned country areas.
• Manage the global export license requests and ensure compliance.
• Support project teams in applying export control requirements throughout the lifecycle.
• Organize export control awareness sessions and training.
• Raise alerts in case of non-compliance.
