We are currently seeking an experienced Turner to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machines and tools to create precise metal parts and components.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine specifications for the desired part or component
• Set up and operate machines such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and drills to shape and cut metal according to specifications
• Monitor machine operations, measure parts with precision tools, and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy
• Inspect finished parts for quality control, making any necessary repairs or adjustments as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Turner in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and blueprints
• Experience operating a variety of machines such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and drills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision tools
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary

This position offers a competitive salary of $1300 per month without accommodation.
