Decskill is seeking an Experienced Atlassian Expert to design and develop Jira-driven features, manage governance, and support migrations. You will translate requirements into Jira solutions, build documentation, and mentor teams across projects.

You bring deep Jira/Atlassian expertise, strong communication in English, and a proven ability to run PoC experiments, create training materials, and ensure delivery quality with stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Experience defining and executing data migration plans between Jira instances
• Proven ability to run PoC experiments and validate solutions

We are looking for an Experienced Atlassian Expert

Responsabilities:

• Responsible for designing and developing features according to specifications. Writes code, participates in code reviews, and collaborates with the team to deliver high-quality solutions;
• Understand and take ownership of requirements to ensure they are addressed appropriately;
• Support project teams in defining requirements and translating them into suitable Jira solutions;
• Ensure alignment of deliverables with project objectives, scope, and commitments;
• Develop business, application, and technical requirements;
• Attend project governance meetings: extended Core Team Weekly, Jira Core Team sync meetings, Instance Governance Committee;
• Participate in key workshops related to associated workstreams, including the transition of Atlassian ownership to CAGIP, Atlassian Weekly meetings, etc;
• Participate in migration or migration/recovery of existing solutions;
• Contribute to design, governance, and user/administrator documentation deliverables;
• Ensure the quality, completeness, and consistency of deliverables.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of JIRA and Atlassian tools;
• Knowledge of tool architecture and integration;
• Ability to write technical and functional documentation covering workflows and components implemented in the Jira instance;
• Strong knowledge of Jira permission and access schemes;
• To define and execute a data migration plan between Jira instances or from a third-party tool to a Jira instance;
• Project management and execution of Proof of Concept (PoC) experiments;
• Ability to create training materials and facilitate workshops focused on tool onboarding, ideation, and adoption;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• English (written and spoken) mandatory;
• French (written and spoken) is a plus
