We are a renowned training company in the world of social media, specialized in teaching professionals how to sell their services on Instagram. Our main audience is freelancers and small business owners.

What You’ll Do

Your role will be a mix of:

  • Business Support
  • Communicating with team members (sales, marketing, technical, etc.)
  • Managing files, documents, forms, links, CRM, calendars, projects
  • Supporting small editing tasks for videos or content (Reels, PDFs, posts, etc.)
  • Assisting in content production and publication planning
  • Personal Support
  • Booking trips, dinners, transfers, hotels, events
  • House search and handling personal paperwork (including abroad)
  • Organizing busy days or key weeks
  • Managing unexpected issues and continuous problem solving
Who We’re Looking For
  • You have experience as a personal or operational assistant
  • You are organized, independent, multitasking, and fast
  • You enjoy solving and can find solutions even when everything seems messy
  • You have a good aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and style
  • You write well, communicate clearly, and have strong interpersonal skills
  • You are savvy: confident with Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, Zoom, Telegram, Notion, Canva, etc.
  • You have experience editing a video, creating a Reel, or preparing visual content
  • You speak perfect Italian and are comfortable in English (other languages are a plus)
Practical Details
  • Full-time (not compatible with other jobs)
  • Flexible schedule, but daily availability required (including minute tasks)
  • Remote work + occasional travel (Italy / Portugal)
  • Start date: as soon as possible
  • Contract: monthly fee to be defined + bonuses
  • Real growth opportunities within the company: you can become a coordinator, team leader, or work on special projects (productions, events, marketing, etc.)
Compensation

Starting point: €900/month + bonuses, with growth potential
