Job summary

Powerdot is seeking an Uptime & Operations Performance Manager to own end-to-end uptime projects across Portugal, France, Belgium, Spain and Poland. You will diagnose underperformance, drive recovery initiatives, streamline ticket workflows, and build data reporting to translate problems into measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a strategy or operations role, with exposure to EV charging, energy, field operations, or asset-heavy operations.
• Strong data skills with Metabase and Excel/Sheets; able to build reports and dashboards end-to-end.
• Structured problem-solving to turn complex operational issues into actionable plans.
• Solid project management fundamentals from scope to follow-through on initiatives.
• Process design experience with SOP design and automation as levers for efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; English mandatory; Portuguese, French, or Spanish a plus.
• Ownership mindset: analyse, then drive impact, not just diagnose.
• Energetic and optimistic approach to getting things done.

Responsibilities

• Owning end-to-end uptime projects across PT/FR/BE/ES/PL, from diagnosis to measured impact.
• Diagnosing underperforming sites and chargers and turning findings into recovery plans.
• Managing projects with scope, plans, milestones, blockers, and follow-through.
• Owning delivery accountability and escalating early when progress stalls.
• Analysing and optimising tickets; supporting Sitetracker ticket management.
• Identifying patterns and root causes and turning them into optimizations.
• Building and maintaining ticket-level reporting and Metabase dashboards.
• Producing weekly and monthly performance summaries for leadership.
• Designing and simplifying processes to gain measurable efficiency gains.
• Mapping workflows and reducing hand-off friction; maintaining SOPs in Confluence.
• Driving automations and governance over high-volume tasks.
• Bridging central and local teams to optimise processes across markets.
• Standardising escalation and external communications with partners and field teams.
