Advanced-Ground-Systems-Engineering (AGSE) seeks a Lead Product Development Engineer based in Europe to drive aerospace ground support equipment development for the European market.

You will work with European engine OEMs, airlines, and MROs, translating needs into requirements, leading concept through release, and coordinating with AGSE's California team.

This senior role offers growth toward Engineering Manager Europe, mentoring future hires and building a local engineering capability.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related discipline.
• Typically 8+ years of progressively responsible mechanical product development experience.
• Experience leading complex mechanical products from concept through validation.
• Proficiency with fabricated structures, welded assemblies, machined components, and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency with a professional 3D CAD system; capable with Autodesk Inventor.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer-focused product development with European engine OEMs and aerospace customers.
• Translate customer needs into clear requirements, concepts, and development plans.
• Lead development of new engine transport stands and related aerospace ground support equipment from concept to production introduction.
• Coordinate design reviews, technical meetings, and product-development activities across time zones.
• Collaborate with AGSE's California team for training, standards, and guidance.
