AGSE is expanding its global Engineering organization to drive customer-focused product development for aerospace ground support equipment in Europe. The Lead Product Development Engineer will be based in Europe, collaborating with California team and European customers to translate needs into robust designs.

This senior role offers significant autonomy, opportunity to grow into Engineering Manager - Europe, and to mentor a local engineering team while upholding AGSE's standards and processes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive mechanical product development.
• Strong experience with fabricated structures and assemblies.
• Proficient with 3D CAD and Autodesk Inventor.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of engine transportation stands and related equipment from concept to production.
• Collaborate with European customers and California team across time zones.
• Develop mechanical concepts and detailed designs and produce drawings.
• Coordinate design reviews and provide technical guidance.
• Mentor future European engineering hires as the team grows.
