Cross Border Talents is hiring an Estonian-speaking Content Moderator in Lisbon, Portugal, on-site. You will review reports and apply platform policies to help keep the community safe.

The role involves handling inbound contacts via phone, chat, and email, logging details in the internal system, and passing complex issues to specialists as needed. Training is provided and there is room for career development within the company.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Estonian and comfortable with English on a day-to-day basis.
• Experience in customer service is a plus but not required; full training provided.
• Strong communication and ability to log details clearly in systems.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound customer contacts across phone, chat, and email.
